We are looking for a Sales Admin Officer to join our growing team!
Role Overview:
The Sales Admin Officer plays a key role in supporting the sales team by performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth and effective sales operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with different departments to facilitate the overall sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and policy documents for clients
· Process and track insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
· Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in the system
· Coordinate with the underwriting and claims departments to support sales activities
· Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and follow up on sales leads
· Prepare and analyze sales performance reports for management review
· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in sales documentation
· Support marketing and promotional activities, including events and campaigns
· Assist in training and on boarding new sales team members
· Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
· Experience in sales administration, preferably in the insurance industry
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
· Knowledge of insurance products and policies is an advantage
