Position Summary

The Content Creator is responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging digital content that supports the company's branding, marketing campaigns, and communication objectives. This role focuses on producing creative and high-quality content for social media, digital platforms, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills, basic marketing knowledge, and the ability to create content that increases audience engagement and brand awareness.


Key Responsibilities


Content Creation

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, and YouTube.
  • Develop photo, video, graphic, and written content aligned with the company's branding.
  • Write captions, short articles, promotional content, and campaign messages in Khmer and/or English.
  • Participate in brainstorming and campaign planning for marketing activities.
  • *Comfortable appearing and speaking in front of the camera to create engaging social media video content including TikTok, Reels, interviews, and promotional videos.


Social Media Management

  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
  • Monitor content performance and audience engagement.
  • Respond to comments or coordinate with relevant teams when needed.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities.


Creative & Branding Support

  • Support marketing campaigns, company events, and product promotions.
  • Ensure all content follows company branding guidelines.
  • Assist in photography, videography, and basic editing when required.
  • Coordinate with designers, marketing teams, and external vendors for content production.


Reporting & Performance

  • Prepare basic monthly content performance reports.
  • Track engagement metrics such as reach, views, interactions, and audience growth.
  • Suggest ideas to improve content quality and audience engagement


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
  • Basic photography and videography skills are preferred.
  • Experience using content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
  • Good communication skills in Khmer and basic English.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions

  • Work in office and occasionally outside for content shooting.
