As the Multimedia Officer at PPI, you will be responsible for developing engaging multimedia content, ensuring high-quality visual and interactive media that aligns with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.   1. Multimedia Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, motion graphics, and animations for marketing campaigns and digital platforms.

  2. Graphic Design: Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and promotional materials that align with the company’s branding and marketing strategies.

  3. Video Production & Editing: Shoot, edit, and enhance video content for digital marketing, corporate presentations, and social media engagement.

  4. Brand Consistency & Visual Identity: Ensure all multimedia assets align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent aesthetic across various platforms.

  5. Collaborative Design Projects: Work closely with the Graphic & Digital Marketing Manager, marketing team, and IT department to support digital and social media initiatives.

  6. Content Optimization for Digital Platforms: Adapt multimedia content for various digital channels, ensuring compatibility and optimal user experience.

  7. Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay updated with emerging trends in multimedia design, digital storytelling, and interactive content creation.

  8. Project Management: Oversee multimedia projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high production quality.

  9. Training & Support: Provide guidance and support to internal teams on best practices for multimedia content creation and usage.


Minimum Qualification Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in multimedia production, video editing, and graphic design.

  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, and other relevant tools.

  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to conceptualize and execute engaging multimedia projects.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills for working across departments.

Attention to Detail & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality output and meeting deadlines.
